I suffer from migraines and they have been frequent lately. i have been experiencing excruciating pain since 2 am this morning, took some adco dol but the pain is getting worse. ?

Migraines: Adco-Dol tablets contains Codeine Phosphate, Doxylamine Succinate, Paracetamol and Caffeine. Since it has not relieved the pain, and due to pain getting worse, it requires need for immediate Evaluation. Please have a supportive family member or a friend to take you to Urgent Care or ER for Diagnosis and Treatment.

Rebound headaches: Migraines do not do well with pain medication treatment, which causes rebound, more frequent and intense events, and eventual chronic daily migraine. Far better preventative approaches are available. See a neurologist and get this addressed in a 2021 approach. A virtual consult with HT may be a good starting point.
