I have migraine and i have headache every two days , i am using toxoplasma 50mg morning and evening since 1.5 year but my condition is same please advice?

Suggestions: I believe you mean topirimate (toxoplasmosis is a protozaol infection). First way to improve is to increase the dose of your medicine to 100 mg twice daily, if you can tolerate side effects. There are alternative prescription and otc choices, and you might consider switching your treatment to a different approach. Discuss these with your doctor.
