Ive found a lump on my testicle like a size of grain rice. but i went and had a ultrasound today and they found nothing. but i can feel it when my balls are loose ? but when i went to ultrasound my balls were tight and i couldnt find it myself?

Testicle lump : You mention the lump was the size of a grain of rice. That is quite small. How does a doctor reconcile your concern that you can no longer feel and was not found on an ultrasound. There no easy answer to your concern on this end of this forum. You need an in-person examination to understand your concerns.
