How do you feel? If well, random urine tests are most likely to generate (useless) doctor visits and perhaps needless antibiotics. The values you sent sound most like a contaminated urine specimens (contaminated by touching the vagina or vulva during collection). If urinary symptoms, check with your doc of NP

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the slightly abnormal results are likely due to contamination with vaginal fluid, For clean catch urine: https://patienteducation.osumc.edu/Documents/cl-ca-fe.pdf
