Lip swelling years : If it is intermittent and variable, it could be allergies to environment, foods, medications, cosmetics. It could be hereditary angioedema. Once diagnosed, treatment with antihistamine and avoidance of allergens improves swelling. If continuous, Crohn disease, tuberculosis, Sarcoidosis or idiopathic granulomatosis, acromegaly or hypothyroidism can be a cause. Doctor will treat underlying disease
