Oral surgeon: Did you mean no unpleasant feeling or no feeling in the lips. If the swelling has been there for 2 years I am assuming your dentist and pcp have evaluated it. It's most likely something benign or normal but you can get a second opinion from an oral surgeon, oral pathologist or a plastic surgeon.
