Dentist: Take him to a Dentist, preferably a Pediatric Dental Specialist (Pedodontist) immediately. He should have had his 1st Dental Examination at Age 1, and should therefore have a Dentist of record. If not, find one. Until you can reach the Dentist keep him hydrated and use cold compresses on his lip, 5 minutes on, 10 minutes off.

THIS IS COMMON IN YOUNG CHILDREN SO TRY TO STOP THE BLEEDING WITH A COMPRESS OF HYDROGEN PEROXIDE AND WATER.SWELLING IS TO BE EXPECTED AND CHECK THE TOOTH TO SEE IF IT LOOSE.IF LOOSE SEE A PEDODONTIST{CHILDRENDENTIST} ASAP. IF THE TOOTH DARKENS OVER TIME THAN THE NERVE HAS DIED AND A PROCEDURE CAN BE DONE TO SAVE THE TOOTH. EITHER WAY SEE A DENTIST NOW
