Well a few possibili: First of all need a better history. How long has the lump been there? Any changes in size or shape? Etc... since it appears to. E causing you some symptoms it is best to see your doctor for evaluation and treatment plan

I hit the top of my head and have a small goose bump. No clinical signs other than a sore spot, slight headache. Any concern on this? Being over 60 years I am more aware of possible conditions. No lapse of conscious nor dizziness.
