I have a pinched nerve. i've been taking 2 aleve twice daily for pain but it doesn't seem to help. can i take 3 aleve twice a day? oh, i also take omeprazole and bisoprolol regularly?

Yes ... but: The difference between 2 Aleve (Naproxen) and 3 is probably going to be trivial - but 6 pills daily (3 twice daily) is more likely to give you an upset stomach. If its REALLY is a pinched nerve (lasting many weeks and relapsing over and over again), Aleve will provide only minor relief. You need to see an Orthopedic doctor, get a diagnosis and treatment
