I am taking gabapentin 300mg , omeprazole 20mg and naproxen 500mg .can i take b complex or b12 ? which one is better ?

B complex: Do you fill a full gas tank to make your car run faster ? THen it makes no sense to give more B12 unless the amount of B12 in you is below normal (which is rare under age 60 and testable).
It's easier to run out of the b complex vitamins and diabetics do better getting them.
