I have an appointment with a cardiologist in a couple of days due to some symptoms i am having but tonight i woke up to stabbing pain in my feet and ankles and now i have the same feeling in my hands is this something i should go to er for?

Stabbing pain : It's not possible to say what is wrong without a physical examination. Much more details are missing. Based on clinical experience and applying the more likely scenario I believe this is not an emergency. If you want to provide more details it would be helpful ..how long, what makes it worse ?
