How is your BP, heart rate, and oxygen saturation? Glucose levels? Do you have any other underlying issues with your health? Your symptoms are indicative of other health problems that should be fully investigated.

Blueish discoloration of finger nails can occur in nonserious situations like cold exposure, but true central cyanosis ( purplish discoloration of the lips) indicates serious desaturation of blood oxygen seen in cardiopulmonary problems. I would like to know what your blood pressure&heart rate ( pulse) are when you experience these symptoms. If they are normal it would be more reassuring
