It's : It's hard to say without seeing you, but the sensation of a "tickle" is probably from a nerve. A small "feeder" nerve might be getting irritated from something, which could be a shoe or even a little bone spur. Also, issues with the lower spine can produce all sorts of funny sensations anywhere down the leg and into the foot, even without any pain or sensation in your low back. I would say perhaps start with a neurologist, but i may be presumptuous in thinking it's a nerve issue, so i think the best starting place for you would be a podiatrist, who would be able to determine whether it's a nerve or not, or even if it seems to be originating in your back, and make the appropriate referral. Meanwhile, you can wear a lot of pink clothes, so you'd be "tickled pink!" (sorry) feel better! hope this helps.
