More details are needed Back pain can come from bones, joints, ligaments, discs and can be affected by the function, alignment and movement and of all of these. Very often physical therapy and exercise is start by patients who don't continue with it, but is often effective.

Transient benefit: A TFESI to the back is invariably not lasting and may require repeat. Could be considered if a nerve is pinched at the exiting foramen or there is a disc rupture with compression.
