See surgeon: This could be related to your surgery, it depends on the symptoms you had prior to surgery. You should see your surgeon because you could have a fluid collection in the RUQ that may compress the stomach leading to the vomiting. It could also be gastroparesis. See your surgeon, you will likely need labs and possibly a CT scan or motility study.
