Need additional info: Is there any leg swelling? if yes, right or left leg does the chest pain get worse with taking deep breath? Are you short of breath? and cough or fever? if you have chest pain getting worse with breathing and short of breath? best thing would be to go to nearby ER and ensure that there is no clot in the blood vessels of leg and lungs. Thanks
