Reevaluation: So long after an epidural injection it is unlikely that the pain is related to it. Further evaluation is necessary. Doctors may have to re-do some tests possibly x-rays or MRI depending on the findings during examination.

Back pain: There might be no relation between the epidural and your back pain. You would benefit from an evaluation from a pain specialist. Mri and/or x-ray might be useful to evaluate your pain.
