COVID 19 : This seems most likely COVID 19, although there are possibilities. You should have a telemedicine visit with a doctor. If you have difficulties breathing, chest symptoms, dizziness, or severe fatigue see a doctor in person right away- call ahead before you go. Keep isolated, stay in one room alone. Do not leave the room unless it is related to your health, for doctors' appointments or testing.

COVID 19 testing: In South Africa a medical provider will determine need for COVID 19 testing. Consult your local primary care provider or you can use telemedicine (to include HealthTap’s telemedicine format) for individual consultations. There are a number of free apps to look at your risk. Can call now.
