6 months ago a breast ultrasound noted a birads 3 lump likely to be a fibroadenoma. repeat ultrasound today has shown slight increase in size but no change in shape. i am 14 weeks pregnant, can this be why? i am now birads 4 & devastated. cancer??

BIRADs 4: Since your BIRADs score went up to four it appears the lesion has a higher chance of being malignant and A biopsy is more likely recommended. It is known that pregnancy can cause an increase in size of a breast adenoma. If you haven't been followed and advised by a breast surgeon, please consult one now for evaluation, advice and follow-up.
