I have one tiny pit on my breast, its like a pinhole size. i have a slightly indented stretch mark that runs under it as well. should i be concerned? i had a clear breast ultrasound last december. i feel no lumps, and i have no history of cancer?

You should not be concerned. If there are any changes to these skin lesions, please contact your physician. I assume that you had a mammogram not an ultrasound as a screen for breast cancer.
