From time to time shortly after masterbation the left side of my chest and left arm has a warming sensation. Almost like a burning sensation. No pain. I have PACS and PVCS. It was pretty bad last night. I have a history of panic attacks. What is this?

Achy dull chest pain every once in a while lasting no more than 5 mins. Pacs and pvcs at times. Md said not enough water or stress caused it.Ekg norml?
I can only exercise for 2 min before my heart is beating out of my chest, palps, nausea, chest pain. Gets better if I rest. Watch & Kardia show afib every time I exercise. Dr not concerned about pacs/pvcs on 30 day monitor. Will stress test help?
