Pvcs run rampant at times,& then i can go months/years with 0-5 each day-i've proven on ekgs that i can "feel" each & every one. "can" my heart be ok?

Most likely: In general PVC's are not harmful but they can also be an indicator of a weakened heart muscle, electrolyte imbalance or coronary artery disease. If you are having around 20% of all beats PVC's you can develop a cardiomyopathy. Check with your health care provider for a thorough cardiac work up. Periodic Echo, EKG and stress is appropriate and it appears you are getting these.
