Frequent PVC's can have one or more potential underlying causes. This merits a consult with a Cardiologist; Electrophysiologists are Cardiologists who specialize in Cardiac rhythm problems. Hypertension, leaking valves, electrical conduction abnormalities, blood electrolyte abnormalities, some genetic abnormalities and many other issues could cause frequent PVC's. Proper testing can answer this.

Only way to tell is to do a Holter monitor study after querying you about what brings them on and what makes them go away, what meds you are taking, if you drink caffeine or alcohol or smoke. Then doing a careful physical exam with a focus on your thyroid and your heart. But this has already been done i suspect. so discuss with your Dr. who has done this.
