See doctor: Lots of reasons for “lump inside my throat” besides coronavirus. Strep throat, other viral infection, growth (tumor) - all depends on how long you’ve had it for, what it looks like, associated pain or no pain, change in voice, etc., etc. If present for more than a day or 2 have a doctor look at it.

Lump sensation : I agree with Dr. Lentnek. We can't tell you what the cause of the lump sensation is. However, a medical assessment may help to determine the cause.
