Left foot in cast for fracture on side of foot. last night i felt sharp pain in the same place, including my ankle, heel and ball of foot. cast set to be removed tuesday. test for gout negative. what could this be?

Decubitus ulcer?: Can’t tell without examining. Possible decubitus (pressure) sore but need to remove cast and look If pain persists more than 3-4 hrs, to ER (or Walk-in Clinic), have them remove cast and look
