Still healing. : Your bone is still healing and the body will continue to deliver higher amounts of blood until the healing is complete. The only concern with flying is that with your knee bent while sitting there is a chance to develop a bloodclot. Make sure you get up and walk the aisle every hour. Also, you may want to discuss this with you doctor managing the fracture.

You need to discuss: With your doctor as they may want to put you on medication to make sure that you don't develop a clot while on the flight.
