Tonsillectomy: for people with large tonsil follicles which trap food and cause tonsilliths liquifying your food bolus with large amounts of water when eating is the only thing which may help or gargling with mouthwash or salt water after meals may remove them. Tonsillectomy is the only sure way but insurance does not consider this reason sufficient cause for tonsillectomy.
