Hard to know: We know for sure cocaine causes blood vessels to narrow. We know babies nutrition comes from a placenta composed of blood vessels that need to work well. We know that baby can retain traces of any drug used after the first trimester. How one or more exposures will affect baby is hard to tell. I expect it is not good but baby may be okay. It is best if you never use again, ever.
