No complete way: If you stay clean from now on your system will be clear. However, If I am asked to study baby for evidence of any drug use (CPS, police request, etc.) I will find it in babies system. There is no way to remove trace amounts from the hair they grow while you used, or the poop they retain in the same period. If they don't look, they won't find it & it is not part of regular baby care.
