The initial six weeks of pregnancy is a time for midline development, and hopefully your cocaine habit did not result in teratogenic issues. Would be very directly honest with your Obstetrician, and consider, if necessary an ultrasound and/or amniocentesis. Your quality of life will be enhanced if you never return to cocaine in the future. Enter a rehabilitation program if available.
