I'm 16 weeks pregnant i use cocaine but i just stoped will my unborn be born with drugs in its system still when it's time to deliver?

The exact affect on yourunborn is not precisely known. Usage during pregnancy can cause many mental and physical problems. You did the right thing. There is a fair chance the baby should be OK. The initial six weeks of pregnancy is a time for midline development, and hopefully your cocaine habit did not result in teratogenic issues. Would be very directly honest with your Obstetrician, and consider, if necessary an ultrasound and/or amniocentesis. Your quality of life will be enhanced if you never return to cocaine in the future. Enter a rehabilitation program if available.
