I am having tiredness, fatigue, headache, no appetite, weight loss(all recent). i have submandibular and neck lymph nodes that are very firm and don't produce any pain. my pcp hasn't taken me seriously as i have had very clear labs. what should i do?

Fatigue,enlarged lym: Did your tests include testing for infectious mononucleosis & hepatitis? You're in the right age group for infectious mononucleosis. If these tests were performed &were negative, I'd look into a consultation with a specialist in infectious disease & consider a lymph node biopsy or at least an evaluation of those lymph nodes by an otolaryngologist.
