i've had a low grade fever that comes and goes for 5 weeks now, fatigue, headaches, dry mouth, swollen lymph nodes. any suggestions? labs all are ok

See your doctor: A fever that lasts 5 weeks deserves more investigation. The doctor who did your initial tests can refer you to a specialist, if needed. You might need to see an infectious disease doctor if no cause for the fever is found.
