Does dupixent lower cd4 counts? i noticed mine dropped when i started dupixent for my skin. coincidence or dupixent?

Unlikely but ...: Dupixent is an interleukin antagonist (IL-4, IL-13) often used to treat severe eczema. There is no known influence on CD4 count but dupixent is relatively new and new effect are still being identified. CD4 counts often fluctuate for no apparent reason. If there is a sustained and consistent decline in CD4 count, it would warrant further study Check with your doctor
