I feel very mild pain in the right testicle, which i thought that radiated from the groin, during the last few days. today after i showered i noticed that it is in a horizontal position and higher than the second one. does it mean i have a torsion?

Testicle change: The right testicle is usually higher than the left. Mild pain contradicts a torsion. Any testicle pain should be evaluated, so see a doctor
