Bellclapper testis which is responsible for intermittent torsion should be & is very easy to correct by scrotal fixation. Requires 3 non-absorbable sutures pexing (fixing) testis to inner wall of scrotum to prevent twisting. Left testis should not be in uncomfortable position in groin & likely incompletely descended. Pediatric or general urologist can easily correct both problems. Good luck.
