When riding a horse, my ankle sometimes wobbles onto the outer side and it hurts. also one of these long bones in the foot (metatarsal or one of the joints there) starts hurting when i ride. would an ankle brace help? i have injured this ankle before?

Metatarsal pain: I understand the need to want help with your pain. The question is what is wrong. You should be seen by a doctor in person. There are too many possible reasons for the pain to comment on this forum
