My dr told me to wear a boot for 5th metatarsal nondisplaced bone fracture but my foot hurts too much so i am not wearing anything? what about an ace wrap? and should i wear the boot the boot when pain lessens if so how long?

Jones fracture or: pseudojones? makes a difference, If it is not a true Jones fracture than an ace-wrap will be enough. Discuss with your doctor.
