Braxton Hicks: Sounds like Braxton Hicks contractions. These are called "practice contractions" common at the end of the third trimester. They help to prepare the uterus for labor and birth and are nothing to worry about. You should be seeing your OB weekly at this point, so talk to them about it. Walking, stretching and bending can help alleviate the discomfort.
