I had a 7lb tumor removed from my abdomen and the doc did muscle repair with permanent stitches will this cause problems with future pregnancy?

No.: A muscle cut for surgery and then repaired is not going to be as strong as one never operated upon. So, with pregnancy the area of the incision could stretch and result in a hernia, but this would not cause any pregnancy issues or affect a baby in any way.
