Pain after c/section: Surgical stitches take about 10-14 days to heal well enough where they shouldn't open as you described. Your pain could be gas, or ulcers if you've taken a lot of NSAID like Motrin, or it could be from complications that can occur after any surgery. See your surgeon to make sure.
