Not a problem: No worries. The ear canal ends at the "Ear drum" which is a membrane that blocks any external fluid from getting into the middle or inner ear. Gently dry the baby's ear with a towel, and lay her on her side with the ear facing down to allow the liquid to drain. Do not insert anything (including ear swabs) into a baby's ear.
