Sudden swelling on right lymph nodes in neck. blood work shows healthy. i was put on antibiotics. 3 days later woke up with numbness of chin and throat, ln is now hard & dbl in size. er show necrosis in tissue. is this cause for immediate concern?

Lymphadenopathy : This rapid growth in size of lymph node is concerning. Please see your doctor immediately for diagnosis and treatment. Hopefully it is unusual behaviour of an infection but still needs medical attention right away.
