I've had some muscular swelling in my shoulder/neck. blood work: cbc, ldh, tsh all normal. but lymph 50%, neutrophils 39% & esr 25. concerning?

Am I at a higher risk of complication of covid19? Im a 22yo, pretty obese, had mild allergy-induced asthma as a kid. Recent blood work shows high inflammation but no seen cause. ESR 65, IgE 1900, CRP 16, LDH 240. Normal PET/CT + CBC. Should I worry?

What other tests to rule our lymphoma or safe to say likely not the issue? EBV reactivated w/pregnancy (+EA, neg IgM), strange neuro issues, all blood work normal (CBC, LDH, Beta 2 Microglobulin) imaging normal (ultrasound neck/abdo/pelv, brain MRI).
