The past saturday i got injured while diving into a swimming pool(hit my head). i have minor bruises on my face and i have some neck and shoulder pain. my main concern is that ive been having pins and needles on both my hands especially fingers. ?

Consult neurosurgeon: May need neck MRI or xrays as well as physical neurologic exam to rule out spinal nerve injury. Good Luck.

Agree with Dr. K: It is imperative to rule out injury to the cervical spine. It would be prudent to see a neurologist at your earliest. Wish you good health!
