Could be: There are many reasons for pins and needles in hands and feet. At 37 years old its unlikely to be neck related, but some people can have narrowing of the spinal canal from birth. More likely is neuropathy, where the nerves get sick. Sometimes its a simple nutritional issue. It's worth seeing a doctor.
