Is twitching/fasciculations widespread,24*7 and non stop a cause of concern for 27 yr male. 6 months ago started in my calves but now is spread in both upper, lower limbs,tongue and feel weakness in right leg n hand but no function failure.no coffee?

Fasciculations: Hard to be precise, but widespread fasciculations might well be benign, associated with spinal muscular atrophy, due to hyperthyroidism, associated with some inflammatory muscle disorders, etc. With the appearance of weakness, you would benefit from a visit to a neurologist for a full examination and appropriate testing.
