Fasciculations: Hard to be precise, but widespread fasciculations might well be benign, associated with spinal muscular atrophy, due to hyperthyroidism, associated with some inflammatory muscle disorders, etc. With the appearance of weakness, you would benefit from a visit to a neurologist for a full examination and appropriate testing.
