See neurologist: there are multiple causes for this from simple muscular exhaustion to neurological diseases that can progress. The fact that its been years and no noticeable weakness is reassuring but you need to get checked making sure electrolytes are normal, possible leg to make sure its not a seizure activity. A neurologist would help you find the cause

Likely BFS: If you have had this for years with no weakness then benign fasciculations syndrome is highest on differential. Make sure you had your magnesium levels checked. in certain cases magnesium supplementation helps. cut back on your caffeine intake and decrease your stress. consider eval with EMG testing to be sure it is just BFS; if it was ALS,MMN,myopathy etc you would have developed weakness by now
