Random, intermittent, short lasting muscle twitches in various places on my body. mostly legs and arms, but other places as well. no obvious weakness/atrophy. they have been present 1 1/2 to 2 years. bfs? should i be concerned?

Explanation : These twitches possibly are short muscle spasm. May happen due to abnormal Ca metabolism. The first of all check your diet for milk, cheese, and use Fish oil 1200 Daily for 1-2 month. And tonic water. You having these for ~ 2 years, that's why you can try it for 2 months. Then go to a doctor.

Probably not. : Given no other symptoms and no worsening over 2 years makes it likely to be simply normal muscle twitch that is rather common.
