Mental stimulation: Thinking in general is mentally stimulating. If you want to increase your mental stimulation, do puzzles, soduku, memorize things, learn something new, solve problems, practice foreign languages, and read. Remember that the basis for a healthy mind is a healthy body. Make sure you exercise daily, eat a diet rich in fruits and vegetables and drink 3.5 liters of water daily.
