Everyone forgets: Increased stress, activities, and changes in personal life can affect memory. Unless you have a family history of early dementia or head trauma (concussions), forgetfulness is quite common and not too concerning. Hope that helps!

Stress?: Stress in a person's life is one common factor that impacts memory. There are of course many other potential causes. If you are experiencing a number of stressors consider tai chi, meditation, yoga, acupuncture, stress managment classes or cognitive behavioral therapy to help handle it. If not stressed, consider an eval by your physician. Take care.
