Stress?: Stress in a person's life is one common factor that impacts memory. There are of course many other potential causes. If you are experiencing a number of stressors consider tai chi, meditation, yoga, acupuncture, stress managment classes or cognitive behavioral therapy to help handle it. If not stressed, consider an eval by your physician. Take care.
